NOTIFICATION OF REPURCHASE: RDFB22


Noteholders are advised of the repurchase of RDFB22 notes from the current noteholders on
31 August 2022 in accordance with condition 9.11 (Purchases) of the terms and conditions of the
notes as detailed in ZAR30,000,000,000 Domestic Medium Term Note Programme dated 21 July
2021.

The RDFB22 notes were repurchased at the full capital value of ZAR640,000,000.00 plus accrued
interest of ZAR6,71,670.68.

Following the repurchase, the RDFB22 notes will be cancelled and delisted, and Redefine will have
ZAR21,736,817,000 outstanding in terms of the ZAR30,000,000,000 Domestic Medium Term Note
Programme dated 21 July 2021.
