This announcement replaces and supersedes the announcement made
by The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited (“Standard Bank”),
as the issuer of SBEN09 on the 19th of August 2025 (“Previous
Announcement”)

SBEN09 issued by The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited
(“Standard Bank”) will no longer be fully de-listed as set out
in the Previous Announcement and instead be partially de-listed
in the amount of ZAR415,763,000.00 and the number of notes
reduced is 415,763 (the “Redeemed Portion”) by the JSE Limited
effective 27 August 2024.

The partial de-listing of the Note is due to Standard Bank, as
the issuer thereof, has repurchased and owns the Redeemed
Portion. The remaining Aggregate Nominal Amount of SBEN09 in
issue is ZAR2,000,000.00 and the remaining number of Notes is
2 000.
