                                     CHANGES TO THE BOARD


The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce the retirement of Brian Frost (“Brian”),
an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company. Brian has played an integral role in the
strategic leadership of the Company and he diligently fulfilled his duties with the highest level of
integrity, expertise and commitment.

The Board expresses its deep gratitude to Brian for his faithful service and guidance over a span of
24 years.

Further to the SENS announcement of 22 August 2022 relating to the appointment of Ms Deborah
van Duyn (“Debbie”) to the Board of Directors of the Company, Debbie has also been elected to
the Company’s Audit and Risk and Remuneration Committees with immediate effect.
