 Notice of Credit Event and Partial Redemption

 Notice is hereby given to all holders of the Notes which were issued under the Issuers’ Master Structured Note
 Programme (“MSNP”) that a Credit Event has occurred in respect of Altice France S.A. which is one of the Reference
 Entities included in the Applicable Pricing Supplement relating to the Notes.

 Interest will accordingly cease to accrue in respect of the Reference Entity Nominal Amount of the Notes related to Altice
 France S.A. (the “Affected Portion”) with effect from the prior Interest Payment Date in accordance with the provisions of
 the relevant Applicable Pricing Supplements.

 Noteholders are hereby advised that the write-down in accordance with the terms

 The Cash Amount for the relevant Note will be determined in respect of the Affected Portion minus Swap Costs in
 accordance with the relevant Applicable Pricing Supplements read with the MSNP and the relevant Applicable Product
 Supplements.

 Under the terms of the Notes, the amount of the Notes equal to the Reference Entity Nominal Amount will be redeemed
 and delisted upon determination of the swap costs.

 Record Date: 09 September 2025

 Payment Date: 12 September 2025

 Effective Date: 12 September 2025

 Settlement to occur outside of the CSD.
