The late submission of this notification is due to an administrative oversight. The total interest in the ordinary shares of the Company held by Coronation’s clients amounts to 11.88% of the total issued ordinary shares of the Company as at 29 August 2025. Aspen has filed the notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel as required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Act.
