11 September 2025 – Anheuser-Busch InBev (Euronext: ABI) (NYSE: BUD) (MEXBOL: ANB) (JSE:ANH) (“AB
InBev”) (“the Company”) announces today, in accordance with article 14, first paragraph of the Law of 2 May 2007,
that it received one transparency notification from BlackRock, Inc. dated 5 September 2025, in accordance with
articles 6 and 18 of the Law of 2 May 2007.
The percentage of total voting rights held by BlackRock, Inc. crossed downwards the threshold of 3% on
4 September 2025, as a result of disposals of voting securities or voting rights in the Company.
The transparency notification contains the following information:
1. Date notification: Notification dated 5 September 2025.
2. Reason for the notification: Acquisition or disposal of voting securities or voting rights. Acquisition or
disposal of financial instruments that are treated as voting securities. Downward crossing of the lowest
threshold.
