NOTICE OF THE FIRST MEETING OF CREDITORS
Further to the announcement released by the Company on SENS on 26 August 2022 advising
shareholders that the board of directors has resolved to commence with voluntary business rescue
proceedings, the joint business rescue practitioners appointed by Rebosis, being Messrs Phahlani
Mkhombo and Jacques du Toit (“Joint BRPs”), hereby give notice to all known creditors and other
affected persons (“Creditors”) of the first meeting of creditors (“First Creditors Meeting”) in the
business rescue proceedings of Rebosis.
Details of the First Creditors Meeting are as follows:
Date: Tuesday, 13 September 2022
Time: 11:00 to 12:00
Venue: Microsoft Teams
Registration: Creditors and other affected persons can email the Joint BRPs at
businessrescue@rebosis.co.za to indicate their interest to attend the First
Creditors Meeting and will be provided with a link to attend the First Creditors
Meeting
The agenda for the First Creditors Meeting will be as follows:
1. welcome by the Joint BRPs and introduction;
2. overview of the business rescue proceedings;
3. reasonable prospect of rescuing the Company;
4. acceptance of proof of claims;
5. formation and appointment of Creditors’ committee;
6. voting on the extension of time within which the Joint BRPs must publish a business rescue plan
in accordance with the provision of section 150(5)(b) of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008; and
7. questions and answers.
All questions must be directed to the Joint BRPs at businessrescue@rebosis.co.za prior to the
commencement of the First Creditors Meeting.
