Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcements of 25 August 2022 wherein shareholders were advised of the
presentation of Cell C Proprietary Limited’s annual results for the 2021 financial year as well as the interim results for
the six months ended 30 June 2022.

The investor roadshow, which was previously scheduled for September the 15th and 16th, has been rescheduled and
will take place in Cape Town on Tuesday, the 20th, and in Johannesburg on Thursday, the 22nd of September 2022.
