Shareholders are advised that the Annual Integrated Report and its supplementary reports,
together with the notice of the annual general meeting (“AGM”), have been distributed to
shareholders today, 2 October 2025 and will also be available on the Company’s website at
https://www.implats-ir.co.za/reports/implats-iar-2025/index.php



Notice of Virtual AGM
Notice is hereby given that the 2025 AGM of Implats shareholders will be held through electronic
participation only on Thursday, 30 October 2025 at 10:00 South African standard time (SAST), to
consider, and if deemed fit, pass without modification, the resolutions set out in the notice of the AGM.


The salient dates of the AGM are as follows:
