NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (“AGM”)


Notice is given to shareholders of Momentum Group that the 24th AGM, for
the year ended 30 June 2025, will be held at 08:30 on Thursday, 20 November
2025, at the Momentum Group offices, 268 West Avenue, Centurion.

The notice of the AGM is available on the Group’s website at

meeting and has also been posted to shareholders together with extracts of
the financial results for the year ended 30 June 2025.
