DISCLOSURE OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES

Shareholders are advised that Value Capital Partners (Pty) Ltd (“VCP”), which is the registered
investment manager to Value Capital Partners H4 QI Hedge Fund and various other funds,
has disposed of beneficial interest in the ordinary shares of the Company such that the total
of all interests in the ordinary shares of the Company held by VCP amounts to 0.33% of
the total issued ordinary shares of the Company as at 30 August 2022.

As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Act, Super Group has filed the required notice
with the Takeover Regulation Panel and to the best of its knowledge and belief, the
information supplied is complete and consistent.

The board of directors of Super Group accepts responsibility for the information contained in
this announcement.
