    FINALISATION INFORMATION IN RESPECT OF THE DIVIDEND FOR THE SIX-MONTH PERIOD TO
                                      30 JUNE 2022


Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 29 August 2022 relating to the cash dividend for the six-
month period to 30 June 2022 (the “Dividend”) of 3.82eurocents per share.

Shareholders holding shares on the South African share register will receive the Dividend in South African Rand
converted from Euro at an exchange rate determined on Tuesday, 13 September 2022 of EUR 1.00 : ZAR 17.28.
Accordingly, the Dividend of 3.82eurocents per share will be equal to 66.00960 Rand cents per share.

The information provided in this paragraph is only of direct application to shareholders on the South African share
register. The gross local distribution amount is 66.00960 Rand cents per share for shareholders exempt from
paying South African dividends tax. The net local distribution amount is 52.80768 Rand cents per share for
shareholders liable to pay dividends tax at a rate of 20%.

No withholding tax is imposed on dividends distributed by Maltese companies (except for distributions of untaxed
income to Maltese resident persons, other than companies, which attracts a 15% withholding tax).

The salient dates and times announced on Monday, 29 August 2022 remain unchanged.
