SUMMARISED CONSOLIDATED RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2022

1. SALIENT FEATURES

Revenue increased by 10% to R105.9 million, from R96.5 million in the prior
corresponding period.

Headline earnings per share (“HEPS”) decreased by 31% to 8.48 cents per share, from
12.30 cents per share in the prior corresponding period.

Earnings per share (“EPS”) decreased by 26% to 9.16 cents per share, from 12.35 cents
per share in the prior corresponding period.

The board of directors (“Board”) has elected to not declare a dividend for the year ending
30 June 2022 (2021: 5 cents per share).

2. CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the Board
wishes to advise that Ms. Lulama Booi has resigned as an independent non-executive
director with effect from 7 September 2022. Mr. Albert Geldenhuys has been appointed as
a non-executive director with effect from 7 September 2022.

The Board would like to thank Ms. Booi for her valuable contribution to the Company and
wishes her all the best in her future endeavours. Furthermore, the Board would like to
welcome Mr. Geldenhuys to the Board.
