Appointment of Debt Officer
Further to the announcement released on SENS on 31 March 2022 regarding the appointment of an Acting Debt Officer
and in accordance with paragraph 6.39 of the Debt Listings Requirements of the JSE, debt holders are advised that Mr
Warren Adams (“Mr Adams”), in his capacity as Group Executive: Treasury of Telkom, has been appointed as the Debt
Officer of the Company with effect from 15 September 2022.
Mr Adams is a seasoned Corporate Treasury professional whose experience spans across multiple sectors of the economy
having looked after foreign currency, interest rate risk, liquidity, cash management, funding, gold trading and insurance.
He has headed the Treasury Departments of amongst others, Vodacom Group, Lonmin, Implats and Rand Refinery. Mr
Adams holds a BCompt and Master’s in Business Administration, he is also a registered member of the SA Institute of
Financial Markets, a registered Derivative Dealer and is also FAIS compliant.
The Board of the Company confirms that it has considered and is satisfied with the competence, qualifications and
experience of the newly appointed Debt Officer.
