Introduction The JSE Limited (“JSE”) has approved the listing on the Main Board of the JSE, participatory interests in the Sygnia Itrix Sustainable Economy ETF which aims to track the S&P Kensho Sustainable Technologies Index and is an ETF in the Sygnia Itrix Collective Investment Scheme in Securities and shall be managed by Sygnia Itrix (RF) Propriety Limited 2. The S&P Kensho Sustainable Technologies Index The S&P Kensho Sustainable Technologies Index measures the performance component of companies with exposure to smart transportation and manufacturing, sustainable agriculture, clean power, space exploration, intelligent infrastructure and the technologies that enable remote working. 3. The Initial Offer The initial offer is an initial public offering to investors regarding an investment in Sygnia Itrix Sustainable Economy ETF participatory interests.
