IMPLEMENTATION OF CATEGORY 2 DISPOSAL OF UNITRANS SWAZI HOLDINGS (PTY) LTD


Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on SENS on 14 November 2025 (“Announcement”),
regarding the conclusion of a sale of shares and claims agreement, in terms of which Unitrans Africa (Pty) Ltd will
dispose of 100% of the issued shares in and claims held against Unitrans Swazi Holdings (Pty) Ltd (“Disposal”).

Shareholders are hereby advised that following the fulfilment of the outstanding condition precedent to the
Disposal, as set out in the Announcement, the Disposal was successfully implemented, with an effective date of
1 December 2025.
