Pepkor shareholders and noteholders are referred to Pepkor’s reviewed results for the year ended
30 September 2025, published on the Stock Exchange News Services of the JSE Limited on 25
November 2025 (“Reviewed Results”). Shareholders and noteholders are hereby advised that
Pepkor’s audited annual financial statements for the year ended 30 September 2025 (“Annual
Financial Statements”) are available on the company’s website and at the company’s registered
office. These Annual Financial Statements contain no modifications to the Reviewed Results.

The Annual Financial Statements have been audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. who
expressed an unmodified audit opinion thereon.

The Annual Financial Statements and the unmodified audit opinion thereon are available on the

A further announcement will be made once the integrated annual report is published and the
