STEP DOWN EVENT AND INTEREST PAYMENT NOTIFICATION

STEP DOWN EVENT

Noteholders are advised that the step-down event has not occurred as per paragraphs 1.4 Annexure
A of the EPF022 Applicable Pricing Supplement (APS).

Emira has installed an additional 1 587 KWp of solar (renewable) energy, c.79% of Target 1. Supply
chain disruptions have resulted in Emira not meeting 100% of the Renewable Energy Target 1.

As such the Step Down Margin as per paragraph 1.5 of Annexure A of the APS will not be enacted. The
applicable margin until the next Sustainability Step-Down Notification Deadline on 15 May 2023 as
per paragraph 33 of the APS will be 210 basis points.
