Delisting of Financial Instrument Announcement - “SBEN51”

The Standard Bank of South Africa Limited has early redeemed
the entire issue of SBEN51 issued under its Structured Note
Programme and has requested the JSE Limited that SBEN51 be de-
listed effective 27 January 2026.


All dates in respect of SBEN51 in accordance with the SENS
announcement dated 26 May 2026 are inapplicable due to the
early redemption.


The new salient dates for the early redemption are set out
below:


Suspension date                 Thursday, 22 January 2026
Termination date                Tuesday, 27 January 2026



The purpose for the early redemption is due to the Noteholder
redeeming all the Notes and will be paid in full by the Issuer
on 22 January 2026.
