APPOINTMENT OF ACTING CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 11 December 2025, detailing the
appointment of Mr. Johan Geel as an Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) of the Company,
with effect from 1 March 2026, following the resignation of Mr. Dries Ferreira, effective 31 January 2026.

Shareholders are now advised that, for the month of February 2026, the Board of Directors of Astral Foods
has appointed Mr. Henry Enslin CA(SA) to serve as the acting CFO (not a director) of Astral Foods. Henry
currently holds the position of Financial Manager for Astral’s Poultry Commercial Division. Henry previously
held a position as Financial Director of Albany Bakeries a division of Tiger Brands, before joining Astral Foods.
