                                            Results of the Annual General Meeting
Shareholders are advised that at the Annual General Meeting of SepHold shareholders (“AGM”) which was held on Wednesday,
21 September 2022, all the ordinary and special resolutions proposed, were approved by the requisite majority of votes.
- The Company’s total issued share capital as at the Voting Record Date, being Friday, 16 September 2022 was 254,486,436
   ordinary shares.
- The total number of the Company’s shares present/represented (including proxies) at the AGM was 124,714,751.
- The total percentage of the Company’s shares present/represented (including proxies) at the AGM in relation to the total issued
   share capital of the Company was 49.01%.
