NOTICE OF PRE-CLOSE INVESTOR CONFERENCE CALL AND WEBINAR

Shareholders are advised that Transaction Capital will host a pre-close investor conference call
and webinar at 15h00 (South Africa time) on Wednesday, 28 September 2022. Please send an
email to tc-investor-relations@transactioncapital.co.za to register. A replay will be available
shortly after the end of the call.

Please refer to the announcement: Opening of accelerated bookbuild and pre-close operational
update for the year ending 30 September 2022, released on SENS on 8 September 2022 for an
update on the Group’s operations.

Results Announcement
Transaction Capital’s results for the 12 months ending 30 September 2022 will be released on
SENS on Tuesday, 15 November 2022.
