This movement in shares is due to the completion of Ninety One's acquisition of Sanlam Investment Management (Pty) Ltd (‘Sanlam’) and subsequent commencement of the long-term strategic relationship between Ninety One and Sanlam. The requisite notice in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act has been filed with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
