VOLUNTARY TRADING STATEMENT
City Lodge Hotels’ financial results for the six-month period ended 31 December 2025 (‘H1 F2026’
or the ‘period’) are underpinned by strong performance, compared to the previous six-months
ended 31 December 2024 (‘H1 F2025’).
The table below provides key earnings per share information for H1 F2026, compared to H1
F2025:

*The group uses adjusted headline earnings as a performance measure to determine the underlying profit excluding
exceptional items over and above those that are excluded from headline earnings as per requirements of Circular 1-
2023 Headline earnings. The only adjustment made to adjusted headline earnings is the reversal of the impact of
unrealised losses or gains on foreign exchange incurred during the period.
Whilst basic earnings per share and headline earnings per share do not differ by at least 20%
from H1 F2025, adjusted headline earnings per share, which is used by the group as a reporting
measure of earnings from day-to-day operations, exceeds a 20% variance.
Shareholders are advised that the financial information contained in this announcement is the
responsibility of the board of directors of City Lodge Hotels and has not been reviewed or
reported on by the company’s auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. City Lodge Hotels’ results
for the period are expected to be published on or about Thursday, 19 February 2026.
