DIRECTOR RESIGNATION AND CHANGES TO SOCIAL AND ETHICS COMMITTEE


In compliance with paragraph 6.71 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that
Mr Rashid Ismail has resigned as the financial director of the Company as well as a member of the
Social and Ethics Committee, in each case with effect from 31 March 2026.

The Sygnia board expresses its sincere thanks to Mr Ismail for his contribution to the Company.

Shareholders are further advised that Ms Joanna Corelli will replace Mr Ismail as a member of the
Social and Ethics Committee with effect from 1 April 2026. Ms Corelli currently serves as an
executive director of the Company and is the Global Head: Marketing/Strategy.

The appointment of a new Financial Director will be announced in due course.
