Disposal of securities by clients of the Public Investment Corporation
SOC Limited (“PIC”)


In accordance with section 122 of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008 ("the Act"),
and section 3.83(b) of the JSE Listing Requirements, shareholders are advised
that WBHO has received formal notification in the prescribed form that the PIC
has, on behalf of its clients, disposed of a beneficial interest in the ordinary
shares of the Company, such that the total interest in the ordinary shares of the
Company held by PIC now amounts to 16.462% of the total issued ordinary
shares of the Company.

As required in terms of section 122(3) (a) of the Act, WBHO has filed the
required notice with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
