All the SBEN08 Notes issued by The Standard Bank of South Africa
Limited in the notional amount of ZAR39 219 578.00 will be redeemed
and will be de-listed by the JSE Limited effective from
03 October 2022. The redemption of the SBEN08 Notes is because the
SBEN08 Notes mature on Friday 30 September 2022 and following the
redemption, the SBEN08 Notes will be de-listed on 03 October 2022.
The pay date (as such term is defined in the Listings Requirements)
is 30 September 2022. All the Notes (“instruments”) will be
withdrawn from the listing and following the de-listing of these
Notes there will be no SBEN08 Notes (“instruments”) remaining as
listed instruments.
