RECEIPT OF DIVIDEND PAYMENT AND UPDATE TO THE NET ASSET VALUE

Holders of the MSETNC and MSETNQ exchange-traded notes (ETNs) are advised that on Thursday,
8 September 2022, Microsoft Corporation paid a dividend of $0.62 per share. As per published
guidance, this dividend was synthetically reinvested, net of all taxes, charges and fees, for the ETNs at
the US closing price on Thursday, 8 September 2022. The result of the synthetic dividend reinvestment
is to increase the fractional number of shares each ETN references and no distribution or payment will
be made.

Reinvestment price       $258.52/share
