  TRADING STATEMENT


  In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, companies are required to publish a trading
  statement as soon as they are satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the financial
  results for the current reporting period will differ by at least 20% from the financial results for the
  previous corresponding period.

  Shareholders are accordingly advised that:

      -   Rex Trueform's earnings per share will increase by 130.0%, from earnings of 110.9 cents per
          share for the year ended 30 June 2021, to earnings of 255.1 cents per share for the year ended
          30 June 2022; and

      -   Rex Trueform's headline earnings per share will increase by 81.9%, from headline earnings of
          146.6 cents per share for the year ended 30 June 2021, to headline earnings of 266.6 cents per
          share for the year ended 30 June 2022.

  The Company expects to publish its results for the year ended 30 June 2022 on SENS on or about 30
  September 2022.

  The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed and reported
  on by the Company’s auditors.
