UPDATED TRADING STATEMENT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 28 FEBRUARY 2022 AND NOTICE OF
RESULTS PRESENTATION


TRADING STATEMENT

On 13 May 2022, the Company published a trading statement in which it advised shareholders that a
reasonable degree of certainty existed that headline earnings per share (“HEPS”) and earnings per
share (“EPS”) were expected to increase by at least 139% and 157%, respectively, compared to the
previous corresponding period.

The Company is currently in the process of finalising its results for the year ended 28 February 2022,
which will be announced on the Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited (“JSE”) on or about
30 May 2022. In terms of the JSE Listings Requirements, the Company hereby confirms that a
reasonable degree of certainty now exists that for the year ended 28 February 2022:

–   HEPS will be between 96.0 cents and 102.8 cents, representing an increase of between 61.8 cents
    and 68.6 cents (or an increase of between 181% and 201%) compared to HEPS of 34.2 cents
    reported for the year ended 28 February 2021; and
–   EPS will be between 105.5 cents and 112.7 cents, representing an increase of between 69.9 cents
    and 77.1 cents (or an increase of between 196% and 216%) compared to EPS of 35.6 cents
    reported for the year ended 28 February 2021.

The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed, or reported
on, by the Group’s external auditors.

RESULTS PRESENTATION

As noted above Adcorp intends to release its results for the year ended 28 February 2022 on or about
Monday, 30 May 2022.

Adcorp will be hosting a virtual presentation at 10h00 SAST on Monday, 30 May 2022 to present the
results to investors.
