Availability of the annual integrated report
Shareholders are advised that the group’s annual integrated report for the year ended 30 June 2022, incorporating the
summary       audited     financial    statements,    has  been      published     on FirstRand’s       website    at:
https://www.firstrand.co.za/investors/annual-reporting/ and will be distributed to shareholders on Monday,
31 October 2022. The financial information is unchanged from the audited results published on Thursday, 15 September
2022.

Availability of corporate governance report
Shareholders are further advised that the corporate governance report for the year ended 30 June 2022 has been
published on FirstRand’s website at: https://www.firstrand.co.za/investors/annual-reporting/.

Notice is hereby given that the 26th AGM of ordinary shareholders will be held virtually at 09:00 on Thursday,
1 December 2022, to transact the business as stated in the AGM notice.
