Mr Macfarlane’s retirement took effect on conclusion of the Company’s scheduled annual general meeting on 12 October 2022. He was appointed to the Board in December 2012 as a non-executive director and was appointed chairman of the Health, Safety and Environment Committee soon thereafter.
