Shareholders are referred to the Company’s SENS announcement on 30 September 2022,
notifying shareholders of the annual general meeting (“AGM”) of the Company to be held at
16:00 on Wednesday, 9 November 2022 and further advising shareholders that the integrated
annual report will be made available on Trellidor’s website on or about
20 October 2022.

Listings Requirements, notice is hereby given that the Company’s annual compliance report
in terms of section 13G(2) of the Act has been published and is, together with the
Company’s latest broad-based black economic empowerment certificate, available on the
