RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR: CHRISTIAAN LILONGENI RANGA

Notice in terms of paragraphs 3.59(b) of the Listing Requirements of the
Namibian Stock Exchange.

The Company’s shareholders are hereby informed of the resignation of
Mr. Christiaan Lilongeni Ranga Haikali as an independent non-executive
director of the Company effective 20 October 2022 due to his retirement
from the Board.

The Board wishes to recognise and thank Mr Haikali for his invaluable
contribution over the years and wishes him all the best in his future
endeavours.
