Jubilee Metals Group PLC, a diversified leader in metals processing with operations in Africa (AIM:
JLP/AltX: JBL), will announce its results for the year ended 30 June 2022 on Tuesday 25 October 2022.

Leon Coetzer, Chief Executive Officer, will host an investor webinar at 13:30 pm UK time, on Tuesday
25 October 2022. The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can
