COMMITTEE AND GROUP CLIMATE RESILIENCE COMMITTEE

Shareholders are advised that Ms Phumzile Langeni has been appointed as a member of the
Group Transformation, Social and Ethics Committee and Group Climate Resilience
Committee with effect from 28 October 2022.

Ms Langeni was appointed as an independent non-executive director to the Group on 22
March 2022 and is also a member of the Group Audit Committee.
