DEALINGS IN SHARES BY AN ASSOCIATE OF A DIRECTOR


Mr Christian Vorster, an executive director of STADIO, sold a portion of his STADIO portfolio,
through his associate, Bredamonti Proprietary Limited, in order to, inter alia, fund renovations
on his property. He however still holds, through his aforementioned associate, an interest in a
substantial number of STADIO shares (15 668 708 shares).

In compliance with paragraphs 3.63 to 3.74 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the
