AVAILABILITY OF THE SUBSIDIARY GUARANTOR’S ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

Noteholders are advised that the audited annual financial statements of Freestone Property
Investments Proprietary Limited, the subsidiary guarantor to Emira’s Secured Notes in issue, for the
year ended 30 June 2022 (the “Guarantor’s financial statements”) are available for inspection at the
Issuer’s registered office.

Noteholders are also advised that the audit report issued on the Guarantor’s financial statements was
unqualified, with no modifications applicable.
