                        UPDATE TO THE STRATEGIC REVIEW OF ADVANCED HEALTH


Shareholders are referred to the announcements released by AVL on 15 June 2022 and 25 August 2022, which
advised that the strategic review of the Advanced Health group is ongoing. AVL confirmed that it received
inbound approaches from several parties interested in a potential acquisition of its shares within PresMed
Australia, the Australian subsidiary of AVL.

The appointed AVL sub-committee is still evaluating these approaches through a formalised process with
interested parties, with the assistance of its Australian advisors, Monash Advisory. The process is ongoing
and there are still no assurances that the AVL board will decide to pursue, nor that any transaction or
transactions will materialise. Shareholders do not need to take any action in relation to this. AVL will continue
to keep shareholders informed about the progress and outcomes of the current evaluation process.
