Further to the announcement dated 11 November 2022, Shareholders are advised that, while the table in that
announcement correctly reflects the results of the voting at the General Meeting, the results in the narrative below the table
have been transposed and incorrectly record that the votes cast against Special resolution number 1 constituted 99,99965%
of the votes exercised at the General Meeting instead of 0,00035% of the votes exercised at the General Meeting.
The company sincerely regrets the error.
