Pursuant to paragraphs 4.21 and 6.55 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders
are hereby advised that the Information Statement, incorporated by reference in the Issuer’s
ZAR10,000,000,000 Unsecured Subordinated Note Programme dated 4 November 2019 (the
“Information Statement”), has been updated.

The Information Statement, dated 20 May 2022, is available for inspection at the registered office of
the Issuer and will be made available for inspection on the Issuer’s website,
