Notice of AGM Notice is hereby given that the AGM of the Company will be held at 682 Pretoria Main Road, Wynberg, Sandton on Wednesday, 8 February 2023 at 10h00 to transact the business as stated in the notice of AGM, which forms part of the Integrated Annual Report. Record dates The Notice of AGM was posted to shareholders of the company who were recorded as such in the company's securities register on Friday, 18 November 2022. The date on which shareholders of the company must be recorded as such in the company's securities register in order to attend and vote at the AGM is Friday, 27 January 2023. The last day to trade in order to be entitled to vote at the AGM is Tuesday, 24 January 2023 Forms of Proxy may be presented at any time prior to, or at, the AGM. If Forms of Proxy are directed to the company’s transfer secretaries these must be lodged by no later than 10:00 on Monday, 6 February 2023.
