FIRSTRAND NAMIBIA LTD CHANGE TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Board Chair Retirement: Ingenesia Inge Zaamwani
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Namibian Stock Exchange
Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised of the retirement of Mrs
Inge Zaamwani from the board of FirstRand Namibia Ltd. Mrs Zaamwani
will retire from the Boards and as Chairperson effective 30 November
2022.

Board Chair Appointment: Peter Grüttemeyer
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(c) of the Namibian Stock Exchange
Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Mr Peter
Grüttemeyer will succeed Mrs Zaamwani as Board Chairperson effective
01 December 2022.

Director Appointment: Libertha Dewina Kapere
The Company’s shareholders are further informed in terms of paragraphs
3.59(a) of the Listing Requirements, of the appointment of Mrs Libertha
Kapere as an independent non-executive director of the Company and
First National Bank of Namibia Limited effective 01 December 2022.


The Board wishes to recognise and thank Mrs Zaamwani for her
exceptional leadership and for serving with distinction.
