DEALING IN SECURITIES

In accordance with the requirements of paragraphs 3.63 to 3.66 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, the following transaction by the company secretary of Reunert is hereby disclosed.

As announced on SENS on Friday, 2 December 2022, ordinary shares in the Company (“Shares”)
vested in participants in terms of Reunert’s Conditional Share Plan 2012 on 28 November 2022.
Following such vesting, and partially in settlement of tax obligations, the following on-market sale of
Shares took place on 2 December 2022, at a price equal to the Company’s 20-day volume weighted
average price as at 25 November 2022 of R46.29 per Share.
