CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT: INTEREST PAYMENT NOTIFICATION

Noteholders are referred to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service on 5
October 2022 in relation to the interest payment on the SPG004 notes and are advised that, as a result
of 27 December 2022 being declared a public holiday, the interest period, interest amount due and
payment date as contained in the announcement is incorrect. The correct details in relation to the
interest payment on the SPG004 notes is provided below:
