    South Africa Limited, which is incorporated by reference in
    programme memorandum for The Standard Bank of South Africa
    Limited ZAR120,000,000,000 Structured Note Programme dated 26
    January 2021 (the “Programme Memorandum”); and

•   the Risk Factors & Other Disclosures Schedule relating to the
    Structured Note Programme, which is also incorporated by reference
    in the Programme Memorandum.


The updated Issuer Disclosure Schedule and the updated Risk Factors &
