Shareholders are further referred to the SENS announcement dated 24 August 2022, in which shareholders were advised that, whilst Encha Properties remains a long-term strategic shareholder in Vukile, it does intend to dispose of 5 500 000 Vukile shares in order to reduce its loan capital balance with Investec, as previously committed to. Prior to the transaction detailed below, Encha Properties has disposed of 5 443 851 Vukile shares out of the intended 5 500 000 shares. Shareholders are now advised of the transaction below that has been undertaken by Encha Properties, an associate of Dr Sedise Moseneke, a non-executive director of Vukile. Following this transaction, Encha Properties has now completed its disposal programme described above and does not intend to dispose of any further Vukile shares.
