APPOINTMENT OF GROUP FINANCIAL DIRECTOR-DESIGNATE AND CHANGES TO THE
BOARD

Further to the announcement released by the Company on 29 July 2021 relating to the
appointment of Mr Deon Fredericks as Group Financial Director on a fixed term of two years,
shareholders are advised that in terms of paragraph 3.59 of the Listing Requirements of the JSE
Limited, he will retire with effect from 31 July 2023.

In line with our succession planning programme, Ms Nelisiwe Shiluvana, current Group Finance
Executive, will assume the role of Group Financial Director – designate, with effect from 1 January
2023.

Shareholders will be informed of further developments at the appropriate time.

The Board welcomes Nelisiwe in her new role and looks forward to her contribution.
