Mr. Mncube joined the board of directors of the Company (“Board”) as an independent non- executive director in 2013 and served as a vital figure in York’s transformation efforts, backed up by his solid industry experience. Dr. Jim Myers, the Chairman of the Board said, “Dinga’s contribution to the Board over the years of his service has been immeasurable. He was the individual with the most extensive knowledge of the industry, its operations and individuals within. There has not been a single director over all the years of Dinga's service that has brought this level of expertise to the Board or the Company.” The Board would like to thank Mr. Mncube for his service to the Company and as a member of the Board and wishes him the very best in his personal and professional pursuits.
