CHANGE TO THE BOARD AND BOARD COMMITTEES OF WHL - RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings and Debt Listings Requirements, shareholders and
noteholders are notified that Ms Phumzile Langeni will resign as a non-executive director, and member
of the WHL Audit and Risk, Information and Technology Committees with effect from
31 December 2022.

Ms Langeni has requested to step down from the WHL Board and its Committees due to an unexpected
increase in her current personal business commitments which will require more of her time and given
that her other existing commitments could not be reduced, as originally anticipated.

The WHL Board thanks Ms Langeni for her contribution to the Group during her tenure and wishes her
well in her future endeavours.
